Most of you don’t know this, but I was the Founder of “A.S.A.P. YACHT DOCUMENTATION & REGISTRATION, INC”. (Now owned by Steele Reeder’s family).

I operated the company from 1994 until 2004 when I moved from Dania Beach, Florida to Omaha, Nebraska.

During that 10 year period, my Daughter, Lisa K. Swartz was an employee and handled closings alongside me.

In 2006 I started up All Yacht Registries, Inc. Lisa did not join this company as she had decided to pursue different avenues.

Lisa is now joining All Yacht Registries, Inc., as Treasurer and an experienced Documentation Agent.

She is a talented Paralegal.

She has a finger on the Real Estate market (Listing and Selling in Florida).

And…she has a desk in an office of a Probate Lawyer – whom she helps administratively…

So, you see – she has an eye for detail.

I hope you will all welcome her wisdom, as you did mine!
